About Us:
I have sold Real Estate in Newton Iowa for 9 years. I opened up an Iowa Realty Franchise with Caren DeVoe who is my business partner. We've had the Newton, Ia office opened for 3 years. We do a lot of internet marketing, relocation, foreclosures, land, new homes, acreages. We work as a team.
My husband and I have been married 25 years, we also own an ice cream shop in Newton. I'm not involved with that but I do eat my fair share. We have 2 daughters and two puppies. I love to spend time outdoors working in my flower gardens, taking walks with my puppies, bike riding. I'm also on many local Newton boards, including, Progress Industries, Newton Chamber of Commerce board, TLC, Past president of the chamber and the McCann Village board. I love be involved with the community I live in. Our office also gives a portion of every sale to a local nonprofit org called Progress Industries. It feels great to give back to the community who has given me so much.
Areas of Expertise
We specilize in relocation, buyers, sellers, foreclosures and acreages including small acreages and very large. We have 7 agents in our office.
