As the owner of House Dressing Redesign and Home Staging, Sandra uses her ability to envision a room at its' full potential, arranging the elements in new ways. With redesign, she wants her clients to have a beautiful, functional space to enjoy, to relax in, to entertain in. Home Staging is used to prepare a home for the real estate market. Statistics show that a staged home will for a higher price and in less time than a non staged home. Sandra accentuates the positive features in each room of the home, enabling potential buyers to envision themselves living there. Neither process has to be a huge expense but the rewards a great for everyone involved.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Sandra has lived most of her life in the Etobicoke area and this is where her business is based. After a long career in Health Care, redesign and home staging seem a natural progression for someone who genuinly loves to work with people and is devoted to improving their lives in some way.

I am a Certified Redesign and Staging Specialist. I am pleased to offer innovative colour ideas, simple curb appeal solutions and pre sale marketing consultations to agents and their clients. I can insure a property is ready for the market before the sign goes on the lawn, saving you time, money and aggrevation.  

My idea of Home Staging is to present the home at it's very best in any real estate market. Statistics show that a home that has been professionally staged can sell twice as fast and for an average of 6.9% above the original asking price. I am trained to identify areas of the home that need attention and allow for the opportunity to make repairs and corrections before the house goes on the market. I know how to emphasize the positive features of every room and capture a buyers interest. I am able to neutralize the home so that potential buyers can imagine themselves and their possessions in the space. I will maximize the curb appeal and make the home stand out in the neighbourhood.
