Sven did an absolutely fabulous job both helping me sell one house, and buy another.  Moving is an incredibly difficult experience.  Sven did everything he could to make the process a little bit easier, and I’m not sure how I would have coped without him!  He absolutely went way above and beyond what I would expect from any realtor, helping and advising on resources for innumerable details of the move—from boxes, to painters, to handyman help to negotiating with the builder.  He did a great job advising me on how to prepare my house for sale, and in positioning the house on the market.  It sold very quickly, which greatly reduced my stress over the selling.  While doing all the work to sell my house, Sven simultaneously started helping me look for a new home.  He was very respectful of my budget and my preferences, and it took a while but I eventually found a wonderful new home in the price range I could afford.  I would 100% recommend Sven with my highest confidence, for any of your real estate needs!
