I will review with you the Seller’s disclosure statements to enable you to either accept or specify a remedy for each fault disclosed.  Remedies for any disclosed faults should be addressed in the purchase offer.

I will explain to you the financing and appraisal contingencies.

I will prepare a written offer on the property you choose to purchase with terms specified by you.

I will work with you to request the Seller to remedy the items you specify after your review of any building, termite or environmental inspection reports as your Offer to Purchase specifies.

We will discuss the positive and negative features of a property that may affect it’s value and future re-sale.

I will prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you select, including a written Comprehensive Market Analysis and advice on initial price and terms for your offer.
