I am a very professional and motivated person.  I have my certification in Interior Decorating and my interest is in home staging.  I look forward to working side by side with realtors to help the sellers achieve the best possible showings.  In todays market, I feel it is essential to properly stage a home before showing.  I feel that I can be the "go between person" for the realtor, when there are touchy subjects with the seller.  I realize that people see their possessions differently then other people will see them and that some people have a hard time packing their personal things away.  I can take the pressure off of the realtor with honest suggestions for staging.

I am specializing in staging homes that are occupied and for sale.  I try to save the seller money by using as much of their current things as possible.  I can advise them on all aspects of staging, such as: paint colors, simple updating, furniture placement, pictures and accessories.  I will work with the sellers on DIY projects or I can get jobs done for them.  I also sew curtains, pillows, etc. that may be needed to help the home look fresher.

Your creativity and vision were so impressive!  You have a true attention to detail.  You arranged things where I never would have even thought to put them.  The curtains and pillows that you sewed were beautiful.  With your help we were able to redesign our home on a small budget and make it look beautiful!                                                            L.
