About Us:

I live and work in the Nashville, Brentwood, TN areas, and want to help you buy and sell real estate in the Middle Tennessee area.   One specialty of my team is the charitable bargain sale of real estate.  Investment property or high end, expensive property can be sold using a charitable donation to a qualified 501-c-3 nonprofit corporation.  Your net from the sale will probably be much more than selling outright and paying capital gains taxes. Plus you do some good in the world, and have a charitable deduction to claim on your tax itemization.   The proceeds of the sale may be put into a commercial annuity for an income stream for you.  We have a knowledgeable CPA who can talk to your financial professional to determine what is best for your particular situation. 

Areas of Expertise

I market bank owned REO properties in the Nashville Middle Tennessee area. I have worked with Regions Bank and Bank of America, as well as other smaller banks. 

We love working with first-time buyers, transferring buyers and sellers, parents purchasing student housing, and seniors who are downsizing. 

We also like to work with owners of multiple investment properties who are ready to sell and get out of the landlord business. We have accountant consultants who will work with your personal financial professionals to minimize your capital gains taxes or defer them through strategies such as a charitable bargain sale of real estate or an IRC 1031 Exchange.
