I am the broker/owner of a small but active real estate office in a rural town in Northwestern Wyoming. I have been in real estate all of my adult life and have 15 years of experience.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile here on active rain.  I look forward to blogging with you.  I am the broker/owner of a small real estate brokerage that is committed to exceptional customer service.  We make every effort to offer the greatest exposure of our client's property  possible.  We are a full time, full service agency and our 3 person team works effectivley to better serve the public.

I am a mother to 3 wonderful children that bring me more joy than I ever could have imagined.  Currently my husband and are entering the teenage years with our eldest daughter and enjoying the preschool years of our son who is the youngest.  We also have a 10 year old daughter who keeps us on our toes.

The real estate profession has given me the opprotunity to create a balance that works well for our family.  I have been able to help in my kid's classrooms, coach soccer and attend special events without compromising my responsibilities in the office.

We used Sarah Johnson and her comapny Johnson Home & Land to purchase a commercial building for us as an income generator. The building initially had title problems and Sarah rode those complicated issues until they were cleared up before we closed the deal. When we bought the building it had no tenants and no income. Within six months with Sarah's help it was full and generating positive cash flow nearly every month. When we decided to sell the building, it went pretty quickly and Sarah handled all the details which made both the purchase and sale virtually effortless. She was always pleasant to deal with. The property made money during the three years we owned it and it made a larger amount when we sold it. We'd happily buy or sell with Sarah's company again in the future!
