How May I Help You? 

Whether you're buying or selling, there are fundamental concerns that are important to you. I understand, and will listen and help you define your real estate needs and wants. My years of real estate experience in the Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda-North Port area of Florida enables me to guide you towards your final destination. Whether moving in, or moving on, we will work together to ensure that your transaction is a smooth and trouble-free experience.

Who is Sarah Newfield 

Sarah Newfield was born and raised in southeastern Massachusetts and left for the state of Maine to attend Nasson College, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Public Administration and Government. In the early 1980's, Sarah worked in a number of political campaigns, including several Congressional races and President Reagan's successful bid for the White House. After a brief tenure in Washington DC, she returned to her Massachusetts roots and established herself in the commercial and investment real estate market. Along the way, she met her husband - Paul - at the time the owner of one of Taunton's leading residential real estate companies, and a passionate follower of the Boston Bruins. Paul also was involved with the Bristol County Fire Chiefs Association, MA Fire Chiefs Association, and a member of the 100 Club. He is also a retired firefighter.

Merging their talent and energies, Paul and Sarah managed commercial properties, dabbled in residential construction, developed several retail centers, and even purchased a function facility!

But there reached a time when the cold and snow and ice became too much and they thought that a warmer climate and gentler pace were in order.

Setting their sights on Florida, Sarah and Paul narrowed their search to the Sunshine State's southwest coast and eventually found their paradise right in Charlotte County, where they made the plunge and relocated in 1995. Home is now on Fullerton Avenue in Port Charlotte - conveniently located and not too far from shopping, the interstate, work, and church.

In the years since landing in Florida, Sarah has involved herself in a number of community groups and activities. Chief among her interests is St. James Episcopal Church, where she sits as vestry member and heads up the Outreach Commission. Beyond the church, and when not engrossed in her full time job as a Realtor, Sarah enjoys traveling and exploring the countryside and trotting about the globe with Paul. She also enjoys gardening, running, and scuba diving.
