Sarah was born in Taiwan and raised most of her growing years in Brazil. She moved to California as a teenager when her parents saw the opportunity to bring their young family to the US to be closer to extended family. Due to her understanding of different cultures, her concept of family, friends and relationship are deeply ingrained and valuable to her. Being fluent in Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish and English has allowed her to break language barriers with clients of different backgrounds. Her diverse cultural background has given opportunity for total strangers to open up and befriend her. For example one day in San Jose she met a couple from Brazil and after only a few minutes they were in a deep conversation as if she had known them all her life. This is the type of individual she is, compassionate, caring and mostly understanding of people's different needs.
If you ever do have the privilege to have Sarah represent you in your next transaction you will see what it means to get first class representation.
City of Eastvale
The City of Eastvale became the newest city in California as of October 2010. We recently had a grand opening of Eastvale's own fire station. The city is working toward having its own police station, city hall and community center. Eastvale is known as a commuter town. Most of the residents work outside the city and county lines. Eastvale belongs to the Corona/Norco School district. Our elementary and middle schools are second to none. Our only high school, Eleanor Roosevelt High School has also received several recognitions throughout the years under the supervision of our acclaimed superintended Mr. Bechler. Corona/Norco school district is the state's tenth largest district. It has over 48 schools and about 53,000 students in attendance. The city is a planned developed community with its own specific CC & R's that exists primarily to improve the lives of its community. One of the prioritys of the city is to make sure children have enough open space to enjoy their childhood. We currently have over 13 parks totaling over 250 acres of open space. Our parks have skate board parks, dog parks, basketball court, tennis court, baseball fields, soccer fields and many more open green spaces. Our newest gated community is located at the corner of Archibald and Schleisman. The Enclave community offers an Olympic sized pool for its residents.
Where is Eastvale? We are a little bedroom community that is between the 15, 60, 71 and the 91 fwys. Our boundaries are east of Hellman, south of Remington, south of Philadelphia, west of the 15 fwy and north of the Santa Ana River. Eastvale is about half an hour drive to Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties. We are very centrally located. One can enjoy the Pacific Ocean just 45 minutes drive to the west of the city. Local residents can enjoy skiing on Big Bear Lake and mountain High in Wrightwood. It is only one hour drive north of the City. For those who prefer to ride off road vehicles, our local high desert is located only two hours north. Eastvale is also only 2 hours away from the Mexican border.
The majority of Eastvale homes were built after year 2000. Eastvale homes are known for being spacious and affordable in comparison to the rest of Southern California. The medium home size is around 3500 sq-ft. Lots range from attached condos to over half an acre. The city has passed zoning laws that only permits smaller homes to be built in the coming years. The general plan shows more apartments and commercial development in the works.
Come and check us out. You will be surprised at what Eastvale has to offer your family.
