About Me:
Licensed since 2003, I have been a Top-Producing Realtor since entering the business. I have also received my company's honors of Rookie of the Year and Sterling Society. I have promoted my drive for professional education by becoming an instructor for FAAR's Success Series, a Certified RECA Instructor, a Certified Accredited Buyer's Representative Instructor and a Certified Fair Housing Instructor. I have served on the Education Work Group with FAAR since 2006 and joined the FAAR Grievance Committee in 2007. I became an Associate Broker for C21 New Millennium in March 2008.
My interest in education comes from my previous career. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from North Carolina State University in Communication Disorders; specializing in traumatic brain injury in adults and stuttering. I then earned my Graduates Degree from West Virginia University in Special Education; specializing in severe mental retardation and behavior disorders. I worked in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Rehabilitation Counselor for severely mentally handicapped children. My teaching goals involved functional education, daily life skills.
I recently married my college sweetheart, Bryan. Bryan is a Mechanical Engineer with the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia. We are very fortunate to live in downtown Fredericksburg with our 3 cats: Linus, Maddie Mae and Ginny West.
