My name is Sarah Tingen, and real estate investment is my passion.

 

My areas of expertise lie within the NC state, North Raleigh, Wake Forest, and downtown Raleigh areas. I also consider myself to be a Delta Ridge, South Park, Chadwick, and Brier Creek neighborhood expert.

 

 

I love putting people into great homes and helping investors find great deals. I've worked with numerous first-time home buyers and many out of state (and even out of country), relocations. I'm an avid and active real estate investor, and I am happy to share my knowledge and tools with both savvy and first-time investors alike. As a member of the Triangle Real Estate Investment Association, my extensive network of investors can provide capital and support in your investments, whether you're purchasing 1 unit or 100 units. Raleigh is a great market for investment properties, with solid cash-flow from a seemingly endless pool of quality renters and a city growing as fast as any other nationwide. I've worked with single-family and multi-family properties and have developed financial analysis tools for cash-flow analysis. I received my bachelors of biology from the College of Charleston, SC and also attended a PhD program at Purdue University, IN for neuroscience. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities like snowboarding, musical composition, photography, boating, and spending time at the park with my dog Mali. . My first and foremost love is investment property. I specialize in single-family and multi-family Cash-Flow Properties for Long-Term Appreciation and Tax Sheltering. I love to talk to Parents about their Children moving to College. I can show you how to never pay rent again.  I live off of Six Forks Rd. in North Raleigh and make it a point to drive around in the neighborhoods to find out what is going on. I preview properties of FSBO's and Expireds just to find out what sold and what didn't but mainly the WHY behind it all. Our family had just been relocated to Raleigh, NC from Ohio for a job change. We were working on a pretty short deadline so we contacted Exit Realty First Choice to try and get some assistance finding a rental home.
