About Me:
I have only recently transitioned into this wonderful, crazy side of selling real estate. For the prior 26 years I sat on the lenders side of the fence. I started out working in Loan servicing in 1980 when interest rates were 18%. Imagine what our market would be like if interest rates were even 8%, let alone 18%. Ok, so now I'm telling you how old I am. The point is, I've seen a lot of changes in the mortgage industry which is directly effected by the real estate market and vice/versa.
After being the 'victim' of takeovers, re-allocations, lay offs, whatever you want to call it, I finally decided to take my future into my own hands. It seemed like a reasonable tranisition to make since I already have a strong background in mortgage lending. What a ride!!! I'm having a total blast helping clients find the home of their dreams and helping sellers get the most for their home.
On a personal note, I'm married with a son and 4 step-children ages 24 (twins), 21, 16 & 12 (4 boys, 1 girl). My husband and I love to camp, ride dirt bikes and quads and love spending time with the kids. We live in beautiful Cave Creek and love it.

I am a full-time realtor and dedicate my hours to research, taking care of my clients and improving myself. My background and my training have helped make me to become an expert. I'm constantly reading and taking classes to improve my skills. I'm currently am working on my Graduate Real Estate Institue designation and have obtained the Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
