Born, raised, and currently residing in the Bellevue area, I have a vast knowledge of the Eastside real estate market. I have been following the market for as long as I can remember, therefore I have seen the changes that have gone on over the years. At the age of 20, I decided to purchase my first property, eventually leading to becoming a Realtor with John L. Scott Real Estate.

My goal is to provide my clients with an exceptional level of service throughout the entire transaction, make available information on the changing market, and present strong negotiation skills throughout the process of buying or selling their home.

Providing sellers with 100% seller representation, I offer creative marketing techniques, staging insight, professional photography, "Just Listed" postcards, and open houses. I take care of the entire process from start to finish, including title, escrow, inspectors, lenders, and appraisers, and what to do once the home has sold.

FOR BUYERS:

I provide 100% buyer representation, helping buyers find the perfect home, at the right price, in the most efficient manner. I perform extensive research on properties of interest, including but not limited to, neighborhood information, surrounding areas, and local amenities. I will negotiate to get the best possible price, work with top-rated inspectors, and most importantly I am there every step of the way to make the home buying process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
