I am a TREC certified instructor who has written my own MCE accredited classes on new construction, Energy Star, green building, and construction techniques. My classes are free to any Realtor or office who is interested. They are not commercials for specific builders but instead offer an overall look at a multitude of techniques and materials. New construction gives a Realtor a unique opportunity to put on their hero cape and ensure their client is a client for life!
