Susan's abilities with staging a home are marvelous! Susan is professional and and very client oriented. She makes the job of getting your client to rid their home of too much "stuff" look easy and the result is a happy client and a home that is market ready. Susan has wonderful knowledge of color and uses that to make a home very marketable. She knows what Buyers want and what Sellers need to do. I have nothing but glowing compliments for her abilities. Susan took one of my most challenging listings and got the Sellers to move furniture, change paint colors and the home sold in less than one month's time. The listing had a steep drive and was hard coat stucco! It was Susan's ability to "see" what could be done and she helped the Sellers to get it done. 
Susan has helped me significantly getting my listings ready to "hit the market". She has fabulous staging capabilities that includes an uncanny ability to look at a room and know exactly what needs to be changed in to appeal most to potential buyers. She is also great at dealing with clients and helping them understand why staging a house is so important. With the results her staged homes have given me, I have totally bought into the importance of staging before listing, especially in a buyer's market.
Susan is creative, upbeat, and has a great talent for decorating. She was able to use many of my existing items and re-arrange them in a way that made my home look refreshed! Susan's services have been very valuable to me in arranging my personal home.
Susan is a dedicated, hardworking, and talented stager, and always considers the clients best interest and effectively uses her time and resources. She is professional and a pleasure to work with.
