About Us:

I have 17 years experience in the mortgage industry.  In that time, I have been a branch manager for two different mortgage brokers, and owned my own mortgage company.  I have also been the vice president of sales for a title company.  During my six years with the title company, I was responsible for generating over half of the company's revenue through my client base.  In fact, I am with Chase because I was servicing them in my client base and they decided to recruit me because of my level of knowledge and service.  My borrowers often remark that it seems to them that they are my only client.  That is one of my goals in servicing them.  I bring a vast knowledge to the table, and work diligently to ensure no surprises along the way to closing.

Areas of Expertise

I have a very aggressive portfolio of non-prime loan programs offered in any state.  Chase equiped me to be a leader in our market when others have fled.  I can offer loans on credit scores as low as 520.  I still have stated income programs even for W2 employees.  My programs offer financing to people out of bankruptcies and foreclosure as soon as 1 year.  In addition, I do NOT require charge-offs or collections to be paid and judgements only have to be paid if they impede title.  Also, I have financing for borrowers with no trade lines.  This is just some of what I can offer in this uncertain time in our industry.
