We buy houses from people in all kinds of situations, in any area or any price range. Unlike most we buy houses investors we will pay up to 95% the value of the home's market value and can close quickly. We are not realtors. We do not want to list any home we want to buy it! We also sell homes with owner financing to people to challenged credit. If you have a client, friend, or family member that has a good job and can afford the monthly payments, they can get one of our houses. If we don't have a home you want, we wil go out buy it and seller finance it to you.
