These are the ways my clients describe my service.  They are happy with their home purchases, happy with the smoothness of their sales.  I am a true agent for them.  I listen, communicate, and step in at the level each client needs.

First time homebuyers: Any good real estate agent who has been in the business for a while will tell you that they get most of their business from referrals.  That's what they hope for, anyway. I actually do, thank goodness, since I can't be in the office long enough to create brochures and advertising beyond this website.  My clients refer people to me, the lenders, inspectors and title officers I work with refer their clients and even their family members to me. One said, "Reba, I refer them to you because I know that you won't LET them make a bad decision."

A former teacher, I have methods for helping you focus on your decision-making task so that you know you made the best decision, and can refer you to some of the best people in the business for services before and after the purchase of your new home.  Then, I'll stay your advocate for as long as you'll let me, making sure you get your homestead exemption filed on time, sending you a market analysis to compare against your tax appraisal every year, and of course, helping your friends and family realize their dream of owning their own home.

Seasoned buyers and investors: Technology, research, and attention to market changes and news are my full-time job, not yours.  I bring you the data you need to make informed decisions, make sure you are covering all the bases, alert you to real estate that fits your investment needs, and provide referrals to other professionals you need to inspect, insure, finance, and manage your properties.

I am not a "team", I am one really good agent.  You will always talk to me about most all things real estate-related, marketing design, research assistance, photography, scheduling, forms, and transaction management, or "contract-to-close". I accept referrals from across the country and work them regularly!

Areas of Expertise

I work the Austin Metro area north of the Colorado River, or "Town Lake" as it's known here.  The areas include Central, North, East and West Austin (always popular, Hook 'em Horns), Cedar Park, Leander (go-go northwest suburbs), Lago Vista (lake area properties and custom homes), Round Rock (like raising your kids in the 1950s but with lots of growth), and Pflugerville (closest northeast burb). I am also in the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, to extend my coverage west to Marble Falls and Lake LBJ areas.
