Part of the reason I chose to join Keller Williams is the "win-win" philosophy they embrace as do I. Truthfully, it takes patience and dedication to put the customer's needs before your own but it is absolutely the right thing to do. Because of that fact and also due to my being in the Real Estate business long term, it only makes sense both business-wise and ethcially to conduct oneself in this way.

Buying or selling a home is a process. It only makes sense to have someone on your side who is well-trained and experienced. Having been licensed and educated in the home buying/selling field for the past 6 years, you find that in me. My area of specialty is in residential real estate in the Snohomish County area. Am especially knowledgable in the Marysville, Everett, Arlington, Stanwood and Lake Stevens areas.
Technology is essential in today's market. That is part of why I chose to become e-Pro certified. As such, I use multiple web sites, digital photos and software to market the homes I represent. With most folks using e-mail as their primary means of communication, this now matters and any successful Real Estate agent has to know how to effectively use it.

So how was the mouse?
fyi: we did REALLY well when we bought this condo. Wells Fargo just refinanced - got rid of the line of credit that Pete used for a down payment - paid off all my bills and my house payment only went up about $50. I know why Scott and Leanna can't afford a house - I paid 113,000 for this 15 months ago ... last week it was appraised at 184,000. yikes! where will it end? see ya soon - pat.
Note: Scott and Leanna were able to afford a home and successfully closed on it Dec. 2006!!!!!!
Julie and I had a great home but?
We had a real desire for a larger home but we also had an urgent need for some help.
We´d met Steve Campbell previously. He was also recommended to us by a close friend. As we began to work with Steve, Julie was pleased at how she described what it was we wanted and needed in a new home and it was carefully paid attention too. She even had a "HOME SHOPPING LIST". We looked at a few homes before we chose the one that best suited us. In the middle of this, we received a fabulous offer to purchase our current residence. Even though there is a lot of detail involved in buying or selling Real Estate, we did not have to worry about taking care of it. All our questions were answered quickly and honestly. We were always made to feel as though we "counted" and our needs were met.
Now, we´re in a home that we really love and feel blessed to live in. Julie even has the crushed ice-making refrigerator that she wanted. Problem solved.
We´d absolutely recommend Steve to anyone needing help in Real Estate. As a matter of fact, we have done that recently.
