As an appraiser I have been operating in the Midlands area of SC for about the last 10 years.  My company covers mainly Lexington, Richland, Kershaw, Orangeburg, Calhoun, Aiken, Saluda, and Fairfield counties (others maybe considered).  In most cases the appraisal is completed within 24 hours of viewing the property.  We take pride in our work and strive to have accurate, concise appraisals completed in a timely fashion.  I have the intentions of developing long term relationships as I have been working with most of my clients for over 2 years and several 6+ years.  I enjoy my job and feel that it shows in the way I conduct business.

Primary focus:  Residential Appraisals, some small commercial appraisals.  Measuring homes for Sqft calculations (assisting real estate agents & home buyers).  Neighborhood analysis.  General consulting for varying market participants.
