A Marketing Professional, Sales Trainer, Devoted Husband, Father, Citizen and Friend. I started marketing as a very young man when I was given a marketing budget for a position that I held. Knowing that success or failure would be determined by what type of return I generated, I decided to study marketing. I instantly fell in love and found myself entrenched in Ogilvy, Levinson/Godin, Burton/Purvis and many other Marketing Icons. Learning to maximize all that I did from my budget became my specialty. Next I took Marketing positions with newspapers in the area, became a test marketing subject for a certian search engine and started to wonder towards sales. For many years, I have been a consultant with Internet Marketing companies specializing in Real Estate. I blog not as a representative of the company that I work for but as an individual who loves marketing. I simply like to educate, share and gather opinions and stay active and in touch with the industry I serve. I have been fortunate enough to share in the joys experienced when Agents and Brokers discover that they can indeed have more success from their marketing. I am fortunate to have worked with hundreds of Agents and Brokers to improve the ROI that they get from their marketing and some of the top teams in the country. I have an amazing wife and two wonderful daughters. We are happy to live near the coast in beautiful North San Diego County where we enjoy the beach, music, bbq and close family & friends.

I chose to work with Zurple because Zurple provides the answer to what my clients all dreamed of having for years. I realized that anyone who invests in Internet Marketing and doesn't do this is burning money. This is the answer for more ROI, it is nearly agent proof and I love the sheer innovation of Zurple. What stood out the most about Zurple was that in Real Estate Lead Generation where you pay X amount of dollars for each lead, not having the strategy to recognize when a Real Estate Buyer is behaving in a way that indicates readiness means that you only work the lead for 10 days and then hope that drip email works or move on the the next lead. Zurple fixes this problem because Zurple directly contacts you when the buyer is behaving like a motivated buyer. This means that Zurple helps you become timelier with the leads that you have. I have yet to see another tool that does this as effectively. The other benefit of Zurple that grabbed my attention was that Zurple watches every lead, 24 x 7 x 365 for this behavior but Zurple also responds specifically to the buyer if for any reason you do not look at the email alert. Consider it a no child left behind law for your leads. I am not stating that Zurple is all things to all people and all that you will ever need. I am simply saying that we do the most important thing better than anyone else. That made where I park my skills a slam dunk. ROI is the bottom line and Zurple is my client's best opportunity.
