Michael Scher has been inspecting homes since 2004 when he first started making a transition from computer industry.  Michael's background is in software quality assurance.  He has been applying his detail-oriented nature and pursuit of quality for over 10 years.  Michael has been licensed as a Professional Real Estate Inspector in the state of Texas since 2006.

Since he started his own business he has developed 2 very solid products and continues to look for innovative ways to add more value to his home inspection services.

Michael works in two primary areas.  In one of those areas he assists buyers by providing a thorough, objective, informative inspection report for clients who have identified their 'true love' of a house.

The other area Michael has developed recently for the home owner is a builder's warranty inspection.  In a new home prior to the end of the builder's one-year warranty, Michael does a complete home inspections.  He has developed a special warranty inspection program that is designed to help the home owner catch the hidden problems that may exist in their new home before their warranty expires. The comprehensive typewritten report has color digital photos, as well as a list of necessary repairs.
