Whether it be helping a homeowner avoid foreclosure to playing a part in a property rehabilitation, we're here for the win-win.
At the current moment Schwaps' specialty lies in single-family residential property wholesaling. We buy single-family homes at a discount and flip them to other investors or retail buyers. If you are a buyer-agent that has a large cache of buyers, some who are looking for Handyman specials and others who are investors or a seller-agent that has a client who really really really needs to sell, then we may be a match for each other.
Due to the fact that I am a Real Estate Investor that emphasizes highly on the marketing aspect of my business, I often come across many retail-buyer and retail-seller leads.
