- I have my brokers license for California and conduct business for real estate through Geneva Real Estate and Investment and mortgage transactions through Golden Horizon Mortgage.
About Me:
I am director of a real estate and finance company called Millwood Creek. We invest in real estate and run a mortgage brokerage company called Citadel Financial doing business through Golden Horizon Mortgage. We provide our clients with unique opportunities to take advantage of changing market conditions. Currently we offer a program for clients that owe significantly more than their homes are worth. Our investors will buy the home via short sale from the lender and then offer a competitive lease back to the home owner. The home owner can then negotiate a fair market value repurchase of their home once they have repaired their credit. We also have programs for investors that simply wish to buy and flip properties. Our offerings are completely turn key and offer the novice or experienced investor the opportunity to benefit from our approach.
As for me personally. I grew up in the Midwest but always knew I would end up on a coast somewhere because I have always loved the ocean. I love the smell, the feeling in the air (even though it is usually brown in LA), and the sound of the crashing waves. It took me a lot longer than I expected but 8 years ago it became home. I have an awesome little dog that is a rescue we fell in love with one day. I have three of the most incredible kids a person could ever have (not that I am bias). They live in Sacramento, so I am there quite often and love every moment I get to spend with them.

I specialize in taking advantage of the opportunities the market presents at any given time. My experience with our banking platform and real estate services puts me in the unique position of being able to help anyone that is ready to profit in the real estate market. I love to help the first time home buyer make their dream come true just as much as the joy I see when a first time investor flips a property for a nice profit.
I am a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors and the Los Angeles branch of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Just wanting to send out a referral for my friends ...
I have a friend in California (a financial wizard of a guy) who is able to help people with fabulous refinancing or mortgages. I know there are terrific people here and possibly even on the list but I wanted to mention it... particularly for those of us with alternative lives, self-employment, unusual income sources, etc. who might have challenges with typical mortgages.
There are differences in what a Colorado mortgage person can offer vs. someone in California... When his sister couldn't do my loan here in Colorado, he was able to pull it off in California.
