About Me:
I've been involved in real estate for about 8 years in the Defiance, Ohio area. I started as an investor looking for properties that I could buy at a good price, fix it up and then sell it for a profit. I found myself getting very disappointed with the service that I was being provided by those in the real estate field that were supposed to be helping me find properties and then sell them. I figured that I could easily become one of the best real estate agents in the Defiance area if I could just offer better service than I was getting. So, I took my classes and got my real estate license. In my first year, I closed on 23 transactions and have earned a prestegious award from GMAC for scoring a 100% customer service satisfaction for the year. Each client is mailed a survey by an independent company for them to fill out and return. I'm very proud of my commitment to offering Premiere service to all my clients. I find satisfaction in that because I know that I am giving the first time homebuyer a quality home at a good price.
