About Me

I have been a full-time REALTOR® for over four years now and quickly established myself as a sales and technology leader.  I brings to the table 14 years of professional sales experience from the medical sales industry where I was a consistent award-winner ad top performer. This experience in closing and negotiating is unique in real estate - few agents have that level of professional sales expertise. I was the #5 RE/MAX agent in the state of WV for 2007 and was consistently in the TOP 10 for 2008 and 2009.

I work in partnership with Connie Tedrow, a 25 year veteran of the buiness.  As equals, you have two full-time Realtors at your disposal when you hire us.

When not working to sell your home, I can usually be found spending time with my beautiful wife and 4 children - plus one on the way!  A born and raised West Virginian, me and my family family work, live and attend school and church in Putnam County and actively supports the community that supports us. An avid runner, I can often be found running the back roads of the area.

My specialty is internet real estate marketing.  I'm always looking for new and unique ways to market Hurricane, Teays Valley, and Charleston West Virginia real estate. I am the area pioneer for private home web addresses and 1-800 information lines.  I understands the necessity of showcasing homes to internet shoppers and how to convert those "lookers" into "buyers"!

Areas of Expertise

What I really love to do is find NEW ways to market and sell properties.  As a leader in Internet technology, I was one of the first Realtors in the area to offer virtual tours and to have a professional, functional website.  Currently, I can offer my seller clients the ability to advertise their home on nearly 40 different websites, virtual tours, video tours, and a dedicated agent who loves what they do!

For my buyer clients, I offer the service of a full-time buyer's agent who specializes in showing homes and writing contracts favoring our buyer clients.  She loves working with first-time buyers!
