I specialize in all types of waterfront property in NW Montana.  Calculating back, I've sold over 115,000 feet of frontage in my 25 years in the Flathead Valley.  There are a variety of lakes, rivers and streams to choose from.  Boatable or "navigable" lakes and the most well known are Flathead Lake, Swan Lake, Echo Lake, Lake Blaine, Foys Lake, Ashley Lake, Bitterroot Lake, McGregor Lake, Rogers Lake and Lake Mary Ronan.  Rivers flowing through the valley include the Flathead River, Swan River, Whitefish River and Stillwater River.  Are you ready to get your feet wet?
