You are still our client after the sale. We are available to help find the right vendor, help you invest in upgrades that will pay the most, and avoid putting money in upgrades that will not pay off when you sell, and provide the same level of service to your friends and family.

We have invested heavily personal training and education to provide the best professional services to our clients.

Carol has been a full-time Realtor since 2002. She has earned several meaningful certifications and designations. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certifed Negotiator Expert (CNE), and is a Certified Real Estate Licensing Instructor.

Scott joined Carol as a full-time Realtor in 2006, after completing a 20 year career in the US Air Force and 10 years in business to business sales and management. He has the Certified Negotiator Expert (CNE) certification and has started down the path to earning a CRS (just completed a 2 day seminar on wealth building through real estate investing).

We have invested in technology that is effective to market and find homes in the modern real estate market. We have purchased visual tours, listing enhancement on Realtor.com, a personal web address for your home, and several other useful tools that give you greater leverage in selling your home. We have a low key automatic new home / price reduced notification through e-mail that let's you monitor the market in homes with features you desire in your price range.
