I am a full-service Licensed sales agent. I primarily work in Forsyth county and around Lake Lanier. I work as a listing agent for sellers and as a buyers agent for buyers. I like working with first-time buyers as well as second-time buyers. There is no charge for me to represent buyers. My commission will be paid by the seller of the house that they buy. In fact, view the Buyers Rebate Offer on my website. Then mention that you saw my offer to get your rebate at closing. Working with sellers, I have an adjustable commission plan that means that the more your house is worth, the less the commission percentage (%) will be. I aslo offer the seller/buyer rebates as well. I have been born & raised in North Georgia. I was born in Hall county. I currently live in Forsyth county. Both of these counties are on either side of Lake Lanier. From the mountains and city of Helen to the capital in downtown Atlanta, I have been there.
I work with buyers buying their first or second house. I have personally developed my residence. I bought the land, applied for permits, contracted a grader and builder. I personally ran the water line and did the final grade. I want to help people become homeowners and not have to pay rent. When you make the decision to buy your first house, you should have a good agent who will be there to answer questions and handle problems to allow the purchase to go as smooth as possible.
