About Me:

I've been involved in real estate for about 8 years in the Defiance, Ohio area.  I started as an investor looking for properties that I could buy at a good price, fix it up and then sell it for a profit.  I found myself getting very disappointed with the service that I was being provided by those in the real estate field that were supposed to be helping me find properties and then sell them. My main area of expertise is in the residential field of real estate.  I further have an expertise in working with investors and first time home buyers.  I find that these groups of people co-exisit together quite well.  I find it quite exciting to find a property for an investor to fix up and then sell a nice almost new home to a first time homebuyer.  I find satisfaction in that because I know that I am giving the first time homebuyer a quality home at a good price.
