HELLO! 

My name is Rochelle Kosanovich. I am the Sales Trainer and Sales Manager for J. Roberts & Co. in gorgeous, sunny Scottsdale, Arizona and I am so excited to be here in this space.  I am a new "blogger" and can't wait to be able to reach out and share information with YOU! 

I began my Real Estate Career in the early 90's in Dallas, Texas. While in Dallas I worked in both in Resale Residential and New Home Construction Sales. My experience in New Home Sales led to my recruitment by the largest new home builder in the country as their Director of Sales and Marketing. Here I was able to utilize my experience to develop, staff, market and sell new home communities throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

I returned to my beautiful home town of Scottsdale, Arizona 7 years ago where I immediately continued my career in real estate and obtained my Arizona Real Estate license. In addition to working in the residential market, I have expanded my client base by incorporating investors to which I have assisted in multi-family, commercial, land and residential transactions. Through these relationships, I have became very knowledgeable in the pre-foreclosure, lender short-sale and REO market.

I joined J. Roberts & Co.'s dynamic team of professionals as their Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale Office Manager  and Sales Trainer at the start of 2007 and am committed to combining my background of expertise with the professionalism and integrity of J. Roberts & Co. Real Estate Services and bring the highest quality of commitment and service to the Arizona Market.

My goal is to Recruit, Train and Retain Top Producing Agents while educating the public and agents on all aspects of the real estate industry above and beyond buying and selling homes. I truely believe that today, you have to be a valueable resource to your clients, your agents and your community to be a top producer. What does this mean? It means going above and beyond, keeping current with technology, getting involved in your community, having specific goals and a business plan to get you there, taking advantage of training and reaching out to be of service to those around you. CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN

With over 16 years in Real Estate the thing I hear said about me the most often is that I am a big communicator! And, its true...I love to communicate. It may be a chat to touch base, a quick email update, a discussion educating a client on the status of a transaction or teaching someone something new. Sharing information, sharing ideas, sharing resources, sharing knowledge I find very exciting. And, through this constant communication between my friends, my clients, my colleagues, I have become very versatile in the Real Estate transactions that I am involved in.

In Residential Real Estate, I work fantastically with Sellers and Buyers. Being a native of Arizona, I know this City, I know who moves here, why they move here, where they want to move based on their lifestyle and interests, so that gives me a great ability in marketing Seller's homes AND finding Buyers for their homes.

In Commercial, I have come to appreciate the saying, "it's not personal, it's business".  The Due Diligence process in a commercial transaction is so interesting as it unfolds the true story and working nature behind a "space". It is very involved and with my attention to detail, I find it very intersting.

Over the last 6 years I have worked very closely with investors. The key here is the bottom line numbers. I understand this very well. Whether it be a foreclosure auction, distressed property, cash flow multi-family property or REO, I can dig in there and not only find it for you, but assist and guide you with preparing to put it on the market, then list and sell it for you!

My greatest strength though is in helping others. My previous role as Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Homes and my current position of Sales Trainer and Manager for J. Roberts and Co. has allowed me to share my passion for Real Estate with the agents and peers in my community. Learning something new or sharing something proven over time to be successful that ends up benefitting another is the greatest reward.
