About Scott Strang
I'm a Realtor that truly cares about his clients and will do whatever I can to help clients achieve their goals.I have a bachelor of science in business administration from University of Massachusetts. My sales and marketing background come from my 5+ years of experience from Verizon Wireless. I spent a couple years after Verizon Wireless selling frozen seafood to food service distributors all over the country. Realizing, I needed a strong brand behind me and had to truly love what I do for work. I have finally found my home. I love the real estate business and I love the company I work for. We have an innovative brand, a good reputation and are a technology driven company. This is not a job, this is my career. This translates into smooth transactions with a professional buy your side every step of the way.
Strengths
I love working with first time buyers. Most of which are in my age group and I can truly relate to thier situation. They don't have property to sell and are usually very excited to begin home ownership. I show them the ropes and make sure they are comfortable and feel great about the process. This is a result of the education process, I provide them with all kinds of market data that speaks for itself. I LOVE getting someone a great value. It makes me verry happy to get them a great buy and make things go smooth. It can be stressful but also exciting and fun. I like focusing of the fun and exciting parts.
I love working with lake front properties. Growing up on a lake I really see the value lake lifestyle living.
Lastly, I am well versed in bank owned properties, short sales and investor clients. I have sold virtually every type of real estate and have vast amounts of experience in all segments.
