About Me
Hi everyone, what a cool site. My name is Scott Mazza and I have been in the Real Estate industry for about 10 years now. I started as a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Ventura and really enjoyed being able to help clients achieve their dream of owning a home. After four years of being an agent, I switched to the Title and Escrow side of the industry. I started with Stewart Title and was with them for 5 years until my recent change to Consumer's Title. I am on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley and was also voted Affiliate of the year for 2006. I believe in being great at what you do but also having fun and creating that fun in the workplace. It makes you more approachable (more deals). I look forward to meeting new people in the Real Estate field and creating excellent working relationships. Lets do some Biz!!
Areas of Expertise
My field of expertise is in the customer service and underwriting skills area. Getting deals closed! I enjoy what I do for a living which is making sure that when my name is on the Title order, the agents that are on either side of the deal are going to get extraordinary service. I demand it in my personal life as well as in my career. My slogan is " Setting a New Standard of Excellence in Service". Call me if you have any questions regarding Title and how it is held or for anything else and I will be happy to answer. Write me in and lets start working together. Talk to you all soon.
Joke for the day
Altar Boy at Confession:
'Bless me Father, for I have sinned. I have been with a loose girl'.
The priest asks, 'Is that you, Russell?'
'Yes, Father, it is.'
'And who was the girl you were with?'
'I can't tell you, Father, I don't want to ruin her reputation'
'Well, Russell, I'm sure to find out her name sooner or later so you may as well tell me now. Was it Tina Franco?'
'I cannot say.'
'Was it Teresa Jones?'
'I'll never tell.'
'Was it Beth Ericson?'
'I'm sorry, but I cannot name her.'
'Was it Cathy Smith?'
'Please, Father, I cannot tell you.'
The priest sighs in frustration. 'You're very discrete, Russell, and I admire that. But you've sinned and have to atone. You cannot be an altar boy now for 4 months. Now you go and behave yourself.'
Russell walks back to his pew, and his friend Jason slides over and whispers, 'What'd you get?'
'Three months vacation and 4 good leads.
