Working with people and helping them sell their home or find a new home is my passion. I believe in going above and beyond whenever possible to make sure it's right for my clients. I always tell customers that if it isn't right, then let's not do it or look at an alternative.

I continue to educate myself in this industry. Learning is constant and I love to listen, really listen to my peers, my clients and prospects. Each day I study the market, ask questions of my associates and try to figure out what's coming up next. I  achieved my e-pro designation, became a certified marketing specialist and continue to take courses both online and through seminars.

I enjoy blogging about real life experiences and helping customers on both the selling and buying side see what it's like to be an agent. It's not an easy job and I'm constantly showing people just how different most of the agents are compared to all the stereotypes that exist. I try to offer a multitude of services that go beyond the typical real estate agent site. I'm a big supporter of local business in the Merced, California area. I recently launced MercedBusiness.com as a way to help promote local business.

My family is very important to me. I have a great wife, daughter (age 6), son (age 3), dogs, cats and a wonderful extended family too. Animal rescue and stopping child abuse are just a few causes we support. Giving back to people whenever possible is more important than aquiring material items. Life is way too short to not laugh and have some fun.
