Let me introduce myself I'm Jackson Stieb.  I am a licensed Chico, CA real estate professional working for KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY.  I have quite an interesting story.  I have been involved in Real Estate for about 15years as an investor and private money lender.  I did my 1st hard money loan in 1993 and wow I had no Idea what I was doing and I lost $30,000.  I never gave up on investing.  In 1997, I bought the the 1st of my 8 properties.  It was the summer of 1997 and I was an undergraduate at Chico State.  Like all investors... I had no idea what I was doing darn.. I lost 30k on my 1st deal!  Over time I learned my system of buying and lending money.  I lead two lives..As I was buying and lending I was also receiving my B.A, Two teaching credentials, and my M.A.  The cool part about an M.A is if i wanted I could have my name read.   "Jackson W. Stieb Jr. M.A."  But I don't.  I've taught in the public schools up to the College level and this past year I finally resigned from teaching... I'm now teaching again... I'm teaching buyers and sellers of all levels how to view buying and selling homes.  I'm teaching investors the "What, when and wheres" or investing.  What I have done is gone full circle and combined my teaching abilities and my vast experience of real estate and investing into one.  I have simple rules for myself and for my clients.  Communication is the #1.  Like my past students they are apart of my life and I have some awesome relationships that have grown into much more personal relationships.  Everyone knows that not all relationships are that way but everyone who I come into contact with will be apart of me and me with you.  There will always be away to contact me.  You will be able to call me for anything.

My philosophy is very simple.  I am here to help you and I will respect you and I will give you 100% of my time and energy.  I only ask for respect and communication in return.  I have set myself up with years of investing that this is not my job it is my passion to help others get to a point in life where I am at.  I do not need the money.. I need to help people.
