About Steve Dinielli:

I have over 12 years experience in the mortgage finance industry and currently hold a CA Brokers License. I am very familiar with complex loan programs and offer excellent customer service to my clients. All of my business is generated by referral, therefore I do very little advertising.  My referral sources include CPA's, Attorney's, Financial Advisors and Real Estate professionals throughout California. Our offices are located in Irvine, CA (Southern) and Morro Bay, CA (Central Coast).

In addition to my loan origination experience, I am a Notary Public, and hold a license by the Dept of Insurance in California.  I am very familiar with the complex financial needs of individuals and families. I treat my clients like family, and would only do for them, as I would do for my family.
