Hi, my name is Sonny Downey.  I'm an inventive, enthusiastic, & knowledgeable consultant working with the focused professionals at EXIT FIRST COAST REALTY.  As your consultant I will give you options where as your typical sales professional will give you an opinion.  For the past 3 accomplished years I've passionately and thoroughly focused on helping the people who live in Jacksonville, Florida.

A husband, a father, and once a military brat; there are very few I can relate too.  A native of Jacksonville for over 17 years, I have the knowledge of our local neighborhoods and market conditions providing all of my clients, their families, friends, and neighbors the full-benefit of my services.  More than 80% of my business comes from referrals; most agents spend more than 80% of their time looking for new business. I provide exceptional service and will be attentive and committed in helping you with your real estate needs.

I've been married to my wife for over 8 years and have 2 wonderful boys; my oldest is starting preschool this year and my youngest eats a lot!  I enjoy family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors and thoroughly enjoy surrounding myself around good people.  It's my goal to establish a relationship with every client; I intend you'll be so pleased with my services you'll tell your family, friends, and neighbors what a good job I did for you.
