So I do it differently! I start by preparing Competitive Market Analysis to evaluate your property to help you determine the best price and marketing approach. Then I will create a marketing plan that will expose your property to the greatest number of buyers in the marketplace. In our marketplace, web marketing is essential since most buyers are from out-of-town. I strive to give the most exposure to each property through many websites partnered with my marketing tools. I can even help market your investment property through a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
I'll be there for you throughout the selling process, from contract negotiation - helping you make the best decision about the offer you accept or counter-offer you make - all the way through to settlement, ensuring as smooth a transition for you as possible.
