Furthermore, the majority of loan officers across America still do not understand how when properly structured and integrated into a homeowner's financial picture how the mortgage can be utilized as the most integral component of a safe, sound, and solid financial plan.

Having recently earned my Certifide Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation - the only such recognized by the CFP Board of Standards - has furthered my endeavors at becoming a better mortgage planner.
