I'm Shawn Sebring, son of John "Jack" Sebring who began the business of inspecting homes in the Greater Cleveland area in 1979 and our company has since inspected over 9100 homes (some more than once). By focusing on you, our customer, a successful business has been created by performing thorough inspections, having very strong continuing education and a strong refferal from past customers. These values have provided John with the credibility, reliability and reputation he has developed over the years.

I joined the company full time in 2001 and have been intent on learning and carrying on the same values. We are both members of ASHI® and the North Central Ohio ASHI® Chapter. We have stayed involved in these organizations, either as officers, committees or through other involvement, to keep the high level of professionalism that should be expected by home buyers and real estate agents in the industry. 

We teach home inspection and radon gas class at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland Ohio and invite anyone to register and attend. One class is designed for real estate agents, one for others interested in the profession. Our service area includes Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage and Ashtabula Counties. We specialize in performing a through inspection intended on informing our client about their home. Typically an inspection will take two or three hours, and on rare occasions more. Some older, complex homes need more time to inspect or present the buyers with more unknowns, thus, more questions which usually lead to more questions. We achieve a very large percentage of referrals from past customers, we believe, due to our on-site diligence, professionalism and knowledge. Whether your inspections of a century home or new construction, a rural farm house or an urban high-rise condo, we know from our past experiences and clients that many of the issues that are faced in home ownership and purchase can be addressed on our inspection process.
