Terrilee Fitz is an experienced and knowledgeable Salt Lake City real estate agent who specializes in Salt Lake Utah real estate listings, including luxury homes, single family homes, commercial and multi-unit investment properties in the Salt Lake area. Her outstanding performance has earned her awards as a Top Producer as she consistently maintains her reputation as being service-oriented with integrity. Terri's background Includes a Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Education and she maintains her license to teach in the State of Utah. She has held professional licenses as a private detective and an insurance adjustor for 8 years. She is also a real estate investor who can train you in the processes of building your own portfolio. Terri moved to Utah from Minnesota in 1978. Her hobbies include skiing, scuba diving, traveling and working with teenagers. Terri's Real Estate education Terri is an Associate Broker. She also has completed in-depth training for commercial properties and residential homes. Classes include the prestigious training from CCIM (Commercial Real Estate Institute for Financial Analysis) and a GRI designation (Graduate Real Estate Institute.) NBI (National Business Institute).
