Since 2003, Seller's Advantage has been providing home sellers and Realtors with reliable, reasonable, and creative staging and pre-listing services. We are licensed and insured and accept major credit cards. Staging is a critical part of preparing a house for marketing, but we take it even farther by providing the other important services that will put a property above the competition. Our Staging Team Leader, Celeste Williams, had been helping friends and family with the staging of their homes and small business for special events and for home selling for many years. She used those experiences and the knowledge she gained through her work as an assistant to an upscale Delaware Realtor to receive her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation through the Staged Homes program several years ago. Celeste's success has led to her being featured in The News Journal's Home and Garden and Featured Home Sections and in interviews on WFIL and WCOJ radio. She is a founding member and past president of the Delaware Chapter of International Home Staging Professionals and the current President of the Downtown Wilmington BNI, and also serves on both its membership and education committees. Celeste is a frequent public speaker on the topic of pre-listing and professional staging services. She has addressed audiences consisting of brokers/realtors, seniors' groups, home builders, and other community organizations. She has also been acted as an assistant staging trainer.
Celeste's affiliations with other successful stagers and tradespeople, as well as her own staff of pre-listing providers, makes Seller's Advantage the perfect solution for sellers to make their homes listing ready. Hands-on staging and pre-listing. We will use a seller's existing furniture/furnishings to place a home in its best light (occasionally, we will suggest renting or buying "fresh" items to broaden a property's appeal).
