<!-- http://www.iwon.net/bizcard/images/2004.jpg" width="80" height="105" --> QUESTION: I'm looking to pull in a new "dream team" member who will be my SEO manager. I don't know anything about SEO, and since it's not my core strength my strategy is to outsource rather than learn. Since you are all the experts here (hey, even if you're a newbie, you know more than I do), what would you say I should look for in an SEO expert?
LYNN'S ANSWER: I would say: "Call Sharon & Roy Montero" - You'll find their phone number here - They are the ONLY SEO Experts I would personally recommend.
QUESTION: I been having so many problems with trying to get my page up on the Google rankings and after trying so many different things I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm really interested in trying Sharon and Roy's 6 week online course, anyone tried it yet? How did it go, was it easy to understand?
LYNN'S ANSWER: The class is excellent! Very easy to understand, yes - I'm sure you'd really enjoy it and get a lot out of it. Sharon and Roy are very thorough and the class is very interactive.
It's been awhile since I've taken it myself... but it was where I learned everything that I know about SEO!
Some really nice things that Lynn has said about us in the last few years.
SEO - or Search Engine Optimization - is a very important part of your marketing strategy. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that you hire an 'SEO' as the ones that are worth hiring are astronomically expensive... and the rest just arent worth hiring. It's something you'll want to learn and handle yourself - or at least in house. That said, there is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to SEO. Submissions for example - a lot of sites will try to sell you on submission services. Not necessary - a total waste of money. The best place to learn SEO - and learn it right - is through Sharon & Roy Montero. They taught me everything I know (and my rankings earn me good money!!). They are also active here on the forum, so you may check out some of their posts.
Go to their site: http://www.RoyMontero.com/ and give them a call sometime this week... get set up to take their online SEO class. You'll LOVE it - and you'll make every dime back and a whole lot more if you follow their teachings! (Read More)
If I were going to hire an SEO Professional... it'd be Sharon & Roy. And I would hire them because they have proven their interest in my business and their extensive knowledge of SEO. (Read More)
Thank you Sharon & Roy. I'll admit that before I met you, my search engine marketing was more of a hit-or-miss unintentional sort of thing. If you have content, and basic marketing skills, many of your pages will get indexed in the major search engines, of course. And even when I *did* get interested in SEO, I went at it backwards at first. (Read More)
SEO is becoming a hot topic throughout the forum lately, and I am doing much research on the information & resources available for future issues of Self-Starters Weekly Tips. Speaking of shredded sites - you should see what Sharon & Roy did to mine down in the Internet Marketing topic LOL ... but it was much appreciated and a real eye-opener! Those two really know what they're talking about when it comes to SEO. (Read More)
Sharon & Roy, I knew I could count on you!! This is exactly the kind of information I was looking for!! (Lynn is referring to our 1,283 word tutorial-type post about ... The Site Map - The Map Of Your Site) (Read More)
I agree - I've learned a lot here myself... and have been making quite a few changes to my sites! In addition to the great collection of information here, Sharon & Roy offer an e-class that goes into even greater detail and is extremely helpful - no matter what level of the 'learning curve' you are on! (Read More)
I have to agree, Jason - Sharon & Roy are TERRIFIC folks, and the SEO Class that they offer is the absolute best and easiest way for ANYONE to learn search engine marketing! My own site is a testament to their class, with the following top ten rankings (and many more!) (Read More)
I look forward to hearing Sharon & Roy's take on this, as well - they are always so thorough, and it's a topic worth digging into! Personally, I feel that outbound links are VERY important to each of your pages. On the new site that I am working on, all of my outbound links are to highly relevant "authority" sites. - Phenomenal Post!! And very timely, as I am currently working on the Link Strategy for my newest website. I "launched" it on Monday morning - and 5 days later, on Saturday morning, I woke up to find 42 pages of my 100+ page site indexed by Google!! (Lynn is referring to our 1,283 word tutorial-type post about ... Links To and From Unrelated Pages - Friend Or Foe?) (Read More)
WOW!! ... awesome - as usual. (Lynn is referring to our 3,065 word tutorial-type post about ... Your Website's Foundation - About Subdirectories, Link Architecture & Spiders) (Read More)

Possibly Want a Little Help and Guidance? My SEO mentor and GOOD friend, Roy Montero, runs a 6 week online classroom with his wife, Sharon. It's an introductory workshop to SEO (search engine optimization)… but what is taught, 99.9% of Webmasters have NO CLUE about.
It's where I started my SEO education, and I would recommend it to EVERYONE that owns a Website that they want to acquire organic (free) search engine rankings for.
There is no affiliate program. This is not an affiliate link. In fact, Roy doesn't even know I'm recommending his class here (at the time of writing this post anyway)…
Oh, here is a quick "tip" …
Sharon & Roy offer a one-hour no obligation SEO and/or link building consultation call. Just phone them up. There'll be NO sales pitch, that I can PROMISE!
You'll learn more in that one free hour than you'll do from forking out 100 plus bucks on an SEO eBook … and you don't even need to enroll in their online workshop if you don't want to. Seriously, no catches no BS!
