Excellent content ... highly recommended ... rave reviews ... I'm sure that what anyone watching this particular video should think. As much as I have read and watched stuff about Search Engine Optimization, this presentation laid out the formula for successful blogging.
The new piece of information I learned about was to make posts timeless. I often write about market reports which are specific time periods and get stale. What I should be writing about is specific sub-division and neighborhoods, the timeless post, and then linking back to that post from the market reports and maybe the other way around.

Good morning Bob. You have did a great job shinning a light on areas missed in SEO of our posts. I rarely watch SEo videos as they cover the same thing but yours kept me here the full hour and actually left me wanting more. Nice job!

Bob, the hour I set aside to watch this video (and take notes on EverNote) was very well spent. I had been doing quarterly condo market reports with info, photos and map...but I didn't use video, so now that's on my list. Love the checklist that sums everything up at the end! :)
