About Us:
Nine years ago my wife, Lori and I decided to move to Wickenburg with our two children. We chose Wickenburg because of the "Small Western Town" atmosphere. We felt that it would provide a good environment for us to raise our family. During the last several years I have had the opportunity to also get involved in the Community of Wickenburg as a Trustee for the Wickenburg Desert Caballeros Museum, a member of the School Board for Congress Elementary School, and also with my sons in the Wickenburg Boy Scouts. We have grown to truly love this town for the rich western heritage, and also the culture that it provides.
I have always been interested and involved in Real Estate, but I have been actively licensed as a Realtor with RE/MAX Professionals for the last 4 years. My office is located in Surprise, Arizona which is a short 30 minute drive from Wickenburg, and I do most of my business out of my home. For approximately 20 years prior to becoming involved in Real Estate I had worked as a self-employed business owner. My previous businesses were both Service Related. One was a Trucking Company and the other a Contracting Company. This is meaningful in a few ways:

Education & Designations
When you are buying or selling property in today's real estate market, it's important to have confidence in your real estate professional. My commitment as your local REALTOR® is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve. I am continually striving to gain additional education to be able to serve you. Some of the additional certifications that I have gotten are:
- Certified Land Sales Specialist (CLSS): I have completed a 45 hour - 14 Class training that is designed to give me additional training in the vocabulary, forms and tools necessary to be successful in representing Buyers & Sellers in the area of Land Sales
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS): I have completed a 36 hour class, 200 question test, and a 500 word essay. In addition I have had to meet a performance criteria of selling a minimum of 2 homes in the top 10% of the Wickenburg Market within a 12 month period. Because of this additional training, I now have the market knowledge and special skills to provide exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace.
- Certified Negotiating Expert: Negotiating a Real Estate Transaction can be a complicated matter. This training has given me the skills and knowledge necessary to assure that my clients get the best representation throughout this process.
- Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE): I have completed a 2 day course offering extensive training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales.
