Stephanie Serres brings to the Real Estate business extensive experience in advertising and marketing with a strong background in sales.  Stephanie is a graduate of Chadron State College, with a double Bachelor's Degree in Management and Marketing.  The beauty of the hills lured her to Rapid City, where she worked for a number of years at an advertising agency, learning virtually every aspect of advertising and marketing.  She then went on to work in the tourism industry as a sales & marketing manager.  Stephanie then decided to pursue new challenges and get her real estate license.  She recently created a partnership with John Casey and they are known as the Casey Real Estate Team.  This team represents the "complete package" for buyers and sellers; two realtors instead of one, with a wide range of knowledge, expertise, and skill.  As an avid volunteer, Stephanie is a member of the Black Hills Zonta Club, Black Hills Advertising Federation, and is involved in the community through other projects such as the YMCA Kids Campaign and the Youth & Family Services Kid's Fair.  With all this experience, one thing is for sure; Stephanie definitely has the skill and knowledge to get your house to stand out from the crowd!

The Buyer Rebate Explained

Example 1:  We represent you as your Buyer's Agent in buying a property.  You make an offer of $124,000 and the seller accepts.  You receive a check in the amount of $750 a few days after closing that comes straight out of our commission check. 

What would you do with $750?

2. You could buy approx 93 movie theater tickets

3. You could buy a new computer

4. You could spend it any way you like!

Example 2:  We represent you as your Buyer's Agent in buying a property.  You make an offer of $176,500 and the seller accepts.  You receive a check in the amount of $1,200 a few days after closing.

2. You could buy approx 150 movie theater tickets

3. You could buy new furniture

Q: Do I have to pay you anything?

A: Not at all.  The cash back to you comes directly out of our check which comes from the listing company. Buyer's never pay real estate fees...AND NOW THEY GET A REBATE!

Q:  How do I qualify for the buyer rebate?

A: The only qualification is that you chose us as your Buyer's Agent, purchase a property of $100,000 or more, and you get money back.  It's really that simple.

Q:  So, do you provide less service than other realtors?

A:  Not at all!  We provide service above and beyond all our clients expectations!  Nothing has changed but money in your pocket!

Q:  What if I like a house another realtor has listed?

A:  That's fine.  The Buyer Rebate still applies for any property listed in the MLS as long as you chose us as your Buyer's Agent and you purchase a property of $100,000 or more.

Q: Does the Buyer Rebate apply to transactions other than residential property?

A: It sure does!  It works for residential, multi-family, land, business and commercial properties.  Believe it or not, it even works if you are buying property at an auction!
