The Buyer Rebate Explained
Example 1: We represent you as your Buyer's Agent in buying a property. You make an offer of $124,000 and the seller accepts. You receive a check in the amount of $750 a few days after closing that comes straight out of our commission check.

Q: What if I like a house another realtor has listed?
