Houston-area native Stephanie Finch is a highly experienced real estate professional who focuses on selling Houston’s traditional neighborhoods. Stephanie is very enthusiastic about her career and says, “I like helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s purchasing their very first home, relocating to a different area, or finding the right investment property to diversify their portfolio.” She stresses that “constantly communicating with clients, along with being extremely organized and detail-oriented, are the most important factors in all transactions.”
Stephanie believes in continuing professional education as a way to keep herself and, most importantly, her clients informed in an ever-changing real estate market. She has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and will be certified as a licensed Texas real estate broker in 2012.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Both she and her husband grew up in Friendswood and attended Friendswood High School. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether it be watching a football game or sharing a good meal. Her hobbies include traveling, photography and interior decorating/home staging.
