The real estate and construction markets have been hard during this depressed financial period.  The Chinese symbol for Yin & Yang equates literally to CHAOS and OPPORTUNITY.  Yin Yang are complimentary opposites.  I feel this is an excellent way to describe our current market conditions.  In other words, the madness, the frustration, the CHAOS of today's market is also tomorrow's investment opportunities.
