He took my information and when a window opened for a 5.5% - 7 year jumbo arm he called me and said we may only have 6 hours so let's lock it in. We did this and the next day rates went up. I don't often make this offer, but I was so impressed with how easy it was and how smoothly things went that I am willing to be a reference for you and your company. Especially when dealing over the internet, it is tough deciding whether or not to deal with a company that you've never had business with before. Believe me when I say that many of the other mortgage companies that I got phone calls from tried to convince me that things were too good to be true and that I should go with them instead of you (although their fees were significantly higher). That really turns me off when someone essentially "bad mouths" another company. I would be willing to respond to queries from others who want first-hand experience from someone who has done business with you.
