Sharon Mueller came to Coldwell Banker Gundaker as an already accomplished corporate trainer. As the Founder and Principal of Success Skills, Sharon understands the leadership, negotiation, communication and sales skills needed to complete each and every real estate transaction.
As a Coldwell Banker Gundaker agent, Sharon also uses her communication, human relations and business skills to assist buyers and sellers in making their dreams become a reality.

A note from Sharon-
I have lived and worked in Cape Girardeau the last nine years. My husband,Ken, works for Nestle Purina, and his position moved us back to the St. Louis area. Rest assured that while away, I have kept up with the St. Louis market, and have stayed knowledgeable about my service area.
I am able to relate to my buyers and sellers, as I have moved across town, across the state, and to other states. I have worked with relocation companies, and I have bought and sold many homes over the years with my husband.
I am also proficient in home staging. This gives me the added insight into how to get my listing homes in the right condition, so that along with proper pricing, gets the buyers in the door, and the contracts on the table!
